Drop-in sessions are a low-commitment way to experience somatic movement in a supportive group setting. They’re designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and release tension — without pressure, performance, or pushing.
Whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice, these sessions offer a calm space to move, feel, and reset.
Progressive Group Classes
Progressive Group Classes unfold over three connected sessions, each one building on the last. The series is designed to work incrementally, allowing the body to integrate change step by step rather than all at once.
The progression is informed by Thomas Hanna’s understanding of common reflex patterns in the body. These patterns exist in everyone to varying degrees — including the green-light reflex, often associated with “go-getter” effort and overdoing; the red-light reflex, linked to protection, withdrawal, and stress holding; and trauma reflex patterns, which tend to develop in response to specific injuries, repetitive demands, or past physical or emotional strain.
By working through these patterns gradually, the series supports a more complete and balanced release than a single session alone. Enrollment in the full three-session series is a commitment to the process — and to yourself.

An initial assessment to prescribe a routine tailored to your specific needs.
Gentle, guided movement. I lead you through each prescribed protocol as you perform it—you will discover a deeper layer of awareness, strengthen the mind-body connection, and rewire neuropathways away from habitual tension and pain, restoring natural mobility.
External feedback—either hands-on from me or through self-applied techniques—to further engage the nervous system and support lasting change.
After a few sessions, you'll have a clear understanding of simple movement patterns you can use on your own—tools to prevent or correct discomfort as it arises and to maintain your new, strengthened mind-body connection.
