Online Group Classes

Drop-In Group Classes

These drop-in sessions are a low-commitment way to experience somatic movement in a supportive group setting. They’re designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and release tension — without pressure, performance, or pushing.

Whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice, these sessions offer a calm space to move, feel, and reset.

Progressive Group Classes

These progressive group classes unfold over three connected sessions, each one building on the last. As the movements become more complex, awareness deepens, helping participants recognize their own habitual patterns and areas of restriction.

In time, the progressions and variations of movement help participants find their own unique groove. As with stretching, some movements will feel more natural than others — the invitation is to discover what works for you and make the practice your own.

FAQs

Do I need prior experience?

1

No. These classes are designed to be accessible and beginner-friendly. There’s no need to be flexible, fit, or experienced — the focus is on gentle movement and listening to your body.

What if I feel nervous or unsure about joining a group?

2

That’s completely normal. There’s no pressure to perform or keep up. You’re always encouraged to move at your own pace and rest whenever needed.

What if something hurts during a class?

3

Stop. Group classes should involve zero pain. If a basic movement causes discomfort, a one-on-one session may be a better fit, where you can receive personalized guidance and support. Pain is not something to push through.
